Returns

• Total Bath will cover return shipping costs only in the case of obvious defects in the product, upon confirmation by our team.
• If the customer wishes to make a return due to change of mind or any other reason not related to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer..
• Returns will not be accepted after 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with current regulations.

The product will be delivered to the curb. The delivery person does not take the goods inside the home. Installation is not included with the products.
