When selecting a piece of furniture, WE MUST CONSIDER SEVERAL ASPECTS, FIRST THE WIDTH WE HAVE AVAILABLE, AND SECOND THE DEPTH.
Once we are clear about which furniture measurements fit our bathroom space, we can select our bathroom furniture based on a series of characteristics that we like the most.
The first big question we should ask ourselves is whether we want a wall-mounted bathroom cabinet or one with legs on the floor. Advantages of wall-mounted cabinets: a more modern look, a greater sense of spaciousness in the bathroom, ease of cleaning the bathroom, and installation at our preferred height.
Many times, this type of furniture raises doubts or fears about whether it might come loose, but it should be noted that if the wall is solid and it is anchored with the correct anchors, there will be no problem. In fact, nowadays, they are the most commonly installed, and we could think that, for example, all the tall kitchen cabinets that support much more weight are wall-mounted, and no one is afraid of them.
We might only have reservations about installing a wall-mounted cabinet if our wall is made of plasterboard and the builder has not installed the mandatory metal plate behind the plasterboard panels in the area of the bathroom cabinet; in that case, we recommend putting a cabinet with legs.
Advantages of a cabinet with legs: greater storage capacity, easier installation.
