All our dishes have passed durability tests with a classification of I, which is the highest score, as well as the class 3 anti-slip certificate, which is also the highest score that can be obtained.

Any product that has a manufacturing defect will have a warranty of 2 years from its delivery date.

We must keep in mind that this warranty will not cover damages caused by incorrect installation or improper use of the product.

Additionally, the warranty will not cover cases where unsuitable cleaning chemicals have been used for cleaning in sanitary spaces.

Due to the large number of options based on model, size, color, and texture, it is impossible to have all of them in stock. Therefore, on our website, we differentiate between the models we have in stock, which we offer a delivery time of 5 business days, and those that we have to make to order, which will be delivered in 25 calendar days.

The delivery time may be modified during national holidays and long weekends.

Shipments of shower trays from Baño Total will be made with shipping costs paid at the peninsular level.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: For all orders of shower screens and related products, there will be an additional charge of €45 + (21% VAT).

Shipments made to residences will be unloaded at the entrance of the building or street, so the carrier is not obliged to carry the tray into the home.

Once you have received the order, you have a period of 24 hours to inspect the merchandise and verify that it is not damaged from possible impacts during transport.

If during this inspection you notice any defects, please contact us immediately and, if possible, provide us with a photo of the issue.

In case you receive a product that does not match your purchase, it will be picked up by an agency as soon as possible at no cost to you.

If you decide to return one of our plates, even though it was sent correctly by us, you must return it in the original packaging, in perfect condition so it can be resold, and in that case, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

The refund will be processed once the plate is in our warehouses and has been inspected.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Baño Total.
