• Deliveries are made to the street level.
• Delivery times may vary, starting 24 business hours after the date of purchase.
• In remote areas or the Balearic Islands, these times may be slightly longer.
• Most of our products include FREE SHIPPING. In cases where there is an additional cost, it will be calculated before you finalize your order.
• Made-to-order products: Some products may have a longer preparation time because they are made to order. In these cases, the delivery time may be longer, but we guarantee their availability. To get a more accurate delivery date, we recommend checking availability before making your purchase.

Return Policy

At Baño Total, we handle products that are bulky, heavy, and fragile (shower enclosures, shower pans, bathroom furniture, toilets, etc.), so each shipment requires specialized logistics.

Our goal is to provide maximum transparency before you make a purchase. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review the product’s dimensions, finishes, compatibility, and features before placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal

If you made your purchase as a private consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with current regulations.

If you exercise this right for a reason other than a defect or error attributable to Baño Total, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

These amounts will be deducted from the total refund amount once the merchandise has been received and inspected at our facilities.

These amounts correspond to the logistics costs of pickup and return to our facilities and will be deducted from the corresponding refund.

Cases in which these fees will also apply

The return fees indicated above will also apply when:

• The customer requests cancellation of the order after it has been shipped.
• The customer refuses delivery of the order.
• The customer is unable to receive the merchandise on the date agreed upon with the shipping carrier.
• The customer is unable to bring the product into their home, building entrance, elevator, stairwell, or destination room.
• The customer has selected an incorrect size, finish, or model.
• The customer changes their mind after the order has been shipped.
• The customer requests a return claiming that the order is delivered at street level.

For this reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify in advance:

• The dimensions of the purchased product.
• Access to the residence (entrance, elevator, stairwells, and doors).
• That the product can be transported and brought to its installation location.

Order Delivery

All our orders are delivered at street level, unless a different service is expressly indicated in the commercial offer or in the specific terms of the order.

The inability to bring the product into the residence—whether because the item does not fit in the elevator, stairwell, doors, or any other access point—does not constitute a product defect or a breach of the contracted service; therefore, it will not be grounds for a free return.

In the event of order rejection or a return request for any of these reasons, the return shipping costs indicated in this policy will apply.

Inspection of the Goods Upon Delivery

Due to the nature of our products and the specialized transportation they require, it is essential that the customer inspect the external condition of the goods upon delivery.

If the packaging shows any visible damage, this must be expressly noted on the delivery receipt or the carrier’s delivery document before signing for receipt.

For example, the following issues must be noted:

• Dented box.
• Broken box.
• Wet box.
• Open box.
• Scratched packaging.
• Damaged pallet.
• Visible dents.
• Any other damage
• visible from the outside.

Notes such as “Pending inspection,” “Accepted subject to inspection,” or any other generic comment will not be considered valid, as shipping carriers do not accept them as valid reservations for processing damage claims.

In addition, any issue related to possible damage caused during shipping must be reported to Baño Total within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photographs of the packaging, the delivery receipt, and the observed damage.

If the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery or if there is no specific reservation on the delivery receipt indicating visible damage to the packaging, the shipping carrier will reject the claim for damage resulting from transport.

Consequently, Baño Total cannot be held responsible for replacement, substitution, or financial compensation for damage caused during shipping that has not been reported in accordance with this procedure, as this is a requirement imposed by shipping companies for processing claims.

Conditions for Accepting a Return

For a return to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Request the return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
• The product must be uninstalled, unused, and unaltered.
• All original accessories, hardware, documentation, and packaging must be retained.
• For products shipped on a pallet, you must keep the original pallet to ensure safe pickup.
• The product must arrive at our facilities in perfect condition.
• If the product is damaged, shows signs of use, installation, or tampering, or is missing its original packaging, Baño Total may refuse the return or apply the corresponding depreciation to the refund amount.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments

If the product has a manufacturing defect, has been damaged during shipping as determined by the inspection procedure described above, or if we have shipped an item different from the one ordered, Baño Total will cover all costs associated with pickup and replacement, once

the incident has been confirmed by our Customer Service department.

Refund

Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities and verified as meeting the conditions described above, we will issue the corresponding refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

When the return is due to a change of mind, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or any of the circumstances outlined in this policy, the return shipping costs indicated above will be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Information

The products sold by Baño Total require specialized shipping due to their weight, dimensions, and fragility. Return costs reflect the actual cost of pickup, handling, and shipping operations; therefore, they do not constitute a penalty for the customer but rather the actual cost of the logistics service associated with the return.

Making a purchase implies acceptance of this Return Policy and the delivery terms described herein.

The product will be delivered to the street level. The delivery person will not carry the merchandise up to your home. Installation is not included with the products. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days (except in cases where Article 103 of the Consumer Protection Act applies); in such cases, the items sold must be returned to DISFRUTA TU BAÑO’s facilities at the buyer’s expense and risk, including shipping costs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect shipments upon arrival and ensure that the goods have been delivered in a normal and undamaged condition.

Any damage you notice to the product packaging (broken, scratched, wet, or opened box) must be noted on the delivery receipt so that, in the event of any damage caused during shipping, the shipping carrier will be held responsible. Then, once you have received the product, you can inspect it at your leisure at home. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only; they depend in particular on the availability of carriers and the order in which orders are received.

Claims regarding possible breakage will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt of the order. A delay in delivery does not hold DISFRUTA TU BAÑO liable nor serve as grounds for claims for damages. Return shipping costs will be covered by DISFRUTA TU BAÑO only in the case of an obvious defect acknowledged by DISFRUTA TU BAÑO. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs if they wish to return the product due to a change of mind. It is very important to inspect the product as soon as it arrives.
