• Deliveries are made to the street level.
• Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 business days, starting from the next 24 business hours after the purchase date.
• In remote areas or in the Balearic Islands, these times may be slightly extended.
• Most of our products include FREE SHIPPING. In cases where there is an additional cost, it will be calculated before finalizing the order.

Returns

• Total Bathroom will cover the return shipping costs only in the case of obvious defects in the product, upon confirmation by our team.
• If the customer wishes to make a return due to change of mind or any other reason not related to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer..
• Returns will not be accepted after 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods, in accordance with current regulations.
• The product must be in its original packaging. In the case of products shipped with a pallet, it is mandatory to keep it to manage the return. Additionally, the product must not have been installed or tampered with. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted..

The product will be delivered to the street level. The delivery person does not take the goods to the home. Installation is not included with the products. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days (except in cases covered by Article 103 of the Consumer and User Law) in such cases, the sold items will be returned to the DISFRUTA TU BAÑO facilities at the buyer's expense and risk, including shipping costs. Delivery times are for informational purposes only; they depend particularly on the availability of carriers and the order of arrival of the orders. After a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order, claims regarding possible breakages will not be accepted. A delay in delivery cannot compromise the responsibility of DISFRUTA TU BAÑO or be an excuse for penalties for damages. The customer will have to bear the logistics costs if they wish to return the product due to a change of decision. Tempered glass is a highly resistant material in flat areas but very fragile at the corners. When installing, it is very important that the corners do not touch the ground or be hit or scraped. If the glass sheet breaks within 24 hours of receiving the shower screen, the replacement glass will cost between 40 and 100 euros depending on the type and size of the glass.
