When you buy a high-quality product such as our bathroom furniture, you are not just buying a piece of furniture, you are buying much more.

Our bathroom furniture is manufactured in Spain in companies with ISO 9001 certification.

Bathroom furniture is usually made of pressed wood particle board, which depending on the type of pressing is divided into low-density particle board or medium-density board, known as MDF or DM.

All our furniture is PFEC certified, which means that the wood comes from controlled felling and in no case from illegally felled trees.

At Baño Total you can find different payment methods, all of them secure and complying with all legal requirements.

Payment methods:

• Paypal: We offer the most popular, simple and secure format for making online transactions, without any type of commission.
• Online POS: Payment by debit or credit card through the BANKINTER payment gateway, which offers the best guarantees in compliance with legal and data protection requirements.
• Bank transfer: You will receive an order confirmation by email with our BANKINTER account number. You will not have to provide your bank details and direct debits will not be processed.
• Pay me back: Choose the number of installments into which to divide your purchase. Response to your financing request in seconds. No payrolls or paperwork

Shipping costs paid for orders of: a tap (all our taps include shipping costs); a piece of furniture, a shower screen, a shower tray or orders for spare parts and accessories with an amount greater than or equal to €95. For orders that do not meet any of these requirements, €12 will be charged for shipping.

Baño Total shipments will be made with postage paid to the peninsular level.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: For all orders of bathroom furniture there will be a transport surcharge of €100 + (VAT 21%) while for the rest of the products in the store there will be a surcharge of €45 + (VAT 21%).

Shipments to homes are unloaded at doorstep or street level, so the carrier is not required to carry the material up or inside.

All orders for furniture + sink or those exceeding 180 euros will be shipped in parts, paid for by Baño Total, to the customer's address within mainland Spain.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: All orders for bathroom furniture and related products such as supplements will incur a surcharge of €100 + (VAT 21%).

Shipments to homes will be unloaded at the door or street level, so the carrier is not obliged to bring the bathroom furniture up or into the home.

Once you have received the order, you have a period of 24 hours to check the merchandise and verify that it is not damaged due to possible impacts during transport.

If you notice any defect during this review, please contact us immediately and, if possible, provide us with a photo of the problem.

If you receive a product that does not match your purchase, it will be collected by an agency as soon as possible at no cost.

If you decide to return bathroom furniture, within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving it, even if it has been sent by us correctly, you must return it in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and the cost of transport will be deducted.

Once the bathroom furniture is returned and is in our warehouses, we will proceed with the refund and return.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Baño Total.

6.1-Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law in the courts of Valencia. DISFRUTA TU BAÑO reserves the right to modify the shape and finish of the products without prior notice for technical, commercial or aesthetic reasons.
