When you buy a high-quality product like our bathroom furniture, you are not just purchasing a piece of furniture; you are buying much more.

Our bathroom furniture is manufactured in Spain by companies with ISO 9001 certification.

Bathroom furniture is typically made from particle boards, which are divided into low-density particle board or medium-density board known as MDF or DM, depending on the type of pressing.

All our furniture has a PFEC certificate, which means that the wood comes from controlled logging and in no case from illegally logged trees.

In total, you will find different payment methods, all of them secure and meeting all legal requirements.

Payment methods:

• Paypal: We offer the most well-known, simple, and secure format for making online transactions, with no commission fees.
• Online TPV: Payment with debit or credit card through the BANKINTER payment gateway, which offers the best guarantees while complying with legal and data protection requirements.
• Bank transfer: You will receive an order confirmation by email with our BANKINTER account number. You will not need to provide your banking details, and no direct debits will be made.
• Aplázame: Choose the number of installments to divide your purchase. Get a response to your financing request in seconds. No pay slips or paperwork required.

Shipping costs are covered for orders of: a faucet (all our faucets include shipping); a piece of furniture, a shower screen, a shower tray, or orders for spare parts and accessories with an amount equal to or greater than €95. For orders that do not meet any of these requirements, a transportation fee of €12 will be charged.

Shipments from Baño Total will be made with shipping costs covered at the mainland level.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: For all bathroom furniture orders, there will be an additional transportation charge of €100 + (21% VAT), while for other products in the store, there will be an additional charge of €45 + (21% VAT).

Shipments made to residences will be unloaded at the entrance of the building or street, so the carrier is not obliged to carry the material upstairs or inside.

All orders of furniture + sink or those exceeding 180 euros will be shipped at no cost by Baño Total to the customer's home within mainland Spain.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: All orders of bathroom furniture and related products, such as supplements, will incur an additional charge of 100€ + (21% VAT).

Deliveries made to homes will be unloaded at the entrance of the building or street, so the carrier is not obliged to carry or bring the bathroom furniture inside the home.

Once you have received the order, you have a period of 24 hours to inspect the merchandise and verify that it is not damaged from possible impacts during transport.

If during this inspection you notice any defects, please contact us immediately and, if possible, provide us with a photo of the issue.

In the event of receiving a product that does not match your purchase, it will be picked up by an agency as soon as possible at no cost to you.

If you decide to return bathroom furniture within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving it, even if it was sent correctly by us, you must return it in the original packaging, in perfect condition, and the cost of transportation will be deducted.

Once the bathroom furniture is back and in our warehouses, we will proceed with the refund and return.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Baño Total.

6.1-Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Spanish legislation in the courts of Valencia. ENJOY YOUR BATH reserves the right to modify the form and finish of the products without prior notice for technical, commercial, or aesthetic reasons.
