All our shower screens come with a CE certificate that guarantees compliance with the safety and quality standards required in the European Economic Area.

Our screens are made of tempered glass, which can be selected in different thicknesses (5mm, 6mm, 8mm). Tempered glass is the most suitable option due to its properties for this type of product in accordance with the safety regulations established by the European Union.

Additionally, many of our screens feature anti-lime treatments on the inner surface, which we call FAST CLEAN, which helps repel water and prevent certain products like bath soap or lime from penetrating the glass, with the aim of keeping your screen in good condition for as long as possible, guaranteeing up to 5000 washes, although this does not prevent us from needing to clean the screen every time we shower for optimal maintenance.

Every product will have a 2-year warranty from its delivery date for any manufacturing defects.

We must keep in mind that this warranty will not cover damages caused by incorrect installation or poor or inappropriate use of the product.

The warranty will not cover cases where inappropriate chemical products have been used for cleaning screens, and the breakage of glass is excluded from the warranty once the screen has been delivered.

• Bank transfer: You will receive an order confirmation by email with our BANKINTER account number. You will not have to provide your banking details, nor will there be any direct debits.
• Aplázame: Choose the number of installments to divide your purchase. Response to your financing request in seconds. No payslips or paperwork required.

The normal delivery time for our partitions is 5 working days, as we usually have stock available, but there may occasionally be a stock shortage that extends this period a bit, in which case we will inform you.

Shipments of shower screens at Baño Total will be made with shipping costs paid at the peninsular level.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: For all orders of shower screens and related products such as their supplements, there will be a surcharge of €45 + (21% VAT).

Shipments made to residences will be unloaded at the entrance or street level, so the carrier is not obliged to carry the shower screen into the home.

In the case of hiring installation in those places where Baño Total offers it, the shower screen will be transported to the installer’s facilities, and it will be the installer who brings it to your home on the day it is to be installed. If you do not want it to be this way, please contact us, and we will send it directly to your home.

The payment for installation will be made on the Baño Total website.

When you purchase a shower screen and add it to the shopping cart, we will offer you the service. You can add the installation to the shopping cart in the same way, in the services section.

The installation service is a fixed fee; please consult the technical installation sheet for details. Any extras will be paid to the installer.

It is not necessary to hire the installer service when purchasing the shower screen, and if you later need help with the installation, you can hire this service afterwards.

Once you receive the shower screen, please note that it is made of tempered glass, a very resistant material but fragile at its corners, and you will need to be especially careful during installation, as a small touch on these corners can cause the glass to shatter. In these cases, the customer will have to cover the cost of the glass, as if any damage to the product is not reported within 24 hours, it is the customer's responsibility.

Once you have received the order, you have a period of 24 hours to inspect the merchandise and verify that it is not damaged from possible impacts during transport.

If during this inspection you notice any defects, please contact us immediately and, if possible, provide us with a photo of the issue.

In case you receive a product that does not match your purchase, it will be picked up by an agency as soon as possible at no cost to you.

If you decide to return one of our shower screens, even though it was sent correctly by us, you must return it in the original packaging, in perfect condition so that it can be resold, and in that case, the cost of transportation will be deducted.

The refund will be processed once the shower screen is in our warehouses and has been inspected.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Baño Total.
