All our shower screens are CE certified, guaranteeing compliance with the safety and quality standards required by the European Economic Community.

Our screens are made of tempered glass, which can be selected in different thicknesses (5mm, 6mm, 8mm). Tempered glass is the most suitable option due to its properties for this type of product in accordance with the safety regulations established by the European Union.

In addition, many of our screens have anti-limescale treatments on the inside, which we call FAST CLEAN, which helps repel water and prevent certain products such as bath soap or lime from penetrating the glass, with the aim of keeping your screen in good condition for as long as possible, guaranteeing up to 5,000 washes, although this does not prevent us from having to clean the screen every time we shower for optimal maintenance.

All products will have a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against any manufacturing defect.

We must bear in mind that this guarantee will not cover damages caused by incorrect installation or poor or inappropriate use of said product.

The guarantee will not cover cases where unsuitable chemical products have been used to clean the screens. Broken glass once the screen has been delivered will be excluded from the guarantee.

This is perhaps the most important factor when selecting the appropriate shower screen. To do this, it is essential to correctly measure our shower tray and the space available.

The normal delivery time for our screens is 5 working days, as we usually have stock, but occasionally there may be a stock shortage that makes this period a little longer, in which case we will inform you.

The shipment of screens in Baño Total will be made with postage paid to the peninsular level.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: All orders for screens and related products such as supplements will incur a surcharge of €45 + (VAT 21%).

Shipments to homes are unloaded at the door or street level, so the carrier is not required to raise or put the partition into the home.

If you hire installation in those places where Baño Total offers it, the screen will travel to the installer's facilities and he will take it to your home on the day it is installed. If you do not want this to be the case, please contact us and we will send it directly to your home.

Installation payment will be made on the Baño Total website.

When you buy a shower screen and add it to your shopping cart, we will offer you the service. You can add the installation to your shopping cart in the same way, in the services section.

The installation service is a fixed fee, please refer to the installation data sheet for details. Any extras will be paid to the installer.

It is not necessary to hire the services of an installer when purchasing the screen, and if you need help with the installation later, you can hire this service afterwards.

Once you receive the shower screen, please note that it is made of tempered glass, a very resistant material but fragile at the corners, and that you will have to take special care at the time of installation, since a small touch on these corners can cause the glass to shatter. In these cases, it will be the customer who will have to pay the cost of the glass, since if within 24 hours no notification of possible defects in the product is made, it is the customer's responsibility.

Once you have received the order, you have a period of 24 hours to check the merchandise and verify that it is not damaged due to possible impacts during transport.

If you notice any defect during this review, please contact us immediately and, if possible, provide us with a photo of the problem.

If you receive a product that does not match your purchase, it will be collected by an agency as soon as possible at no cost.

If you decide to return one of our screens, even though it has been sent by us correctly, you must return it in its original packaging, in perfect condition so that it can be resold, and in that case the cost of transport will be deducted.

The payment will be made once the screen is in our warehouses and has been inspected.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used to purchase the item.

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Baño Total.
