FOR SALE AND SERVICES:

An order will be considered valid only after acceptance by ENJOY YOUR BATH.

Any modification of the order must be made in writing. Any firm order accepted by ENJOY YOUR BATH implies the buyer's acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, regardless of any terms that may appear in the buyer's documents.

The specific conditions that may eventually override these General Conditions of Sale and Services are binding for ENJOY YOUR BATH if they have been expressly accepted in writing by the same.

The products will be invoiced at the current prices set by ENJOY YOUR BATH, which are available in the commercial documents.

The prices are indicated in Euros. All information included in this catalog, as well as price lists, are for reference only and may change at any time without prior notice.

Shipping is free for orders of: a faucet (all our faucets include shipping); a piece of furniture, a shower screen, a tray, or orders for spare parts and accessories with an amount equal to or greater than €95. For orders that do not meet any of these requirements, a transportation fee of €12 will be charged.

Shipments from Baño Total will be made with free shipping at the peninsular level.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands: For all bathroom furniture orders, there will be an additional transportation charge of €100 + (21% VAT), while for other products in the store, there will be an additional charge of €45 + (21% VAT).

Shipments made to residences will be unloaded at the entrance of the building or street, so the carrier is not obliged to carry the material upstairs or inside.

4.1- The items sold will be returned to the DISFRUTA TU BAÑO facilities at the buyer's expense and risk, including shipping costs.

4.2- It is the buyer's responsibility to check the shipments upon arrival and ensure that the goods have been delivered in a normal manner and in good condition. Deliveries are made to the curb.

4.3- Delivery times are for informational purposes only; they depend particularly on the availability of carriers and the order in which orders are received. After a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order, claims regarding possible breakages will not be accepted. A delay in delivery cannot compromise the responsibility of DISFRUTA TU BAÑO or serve as an excuse for damages and penalties.

4.4- Return costs will only be borne by DISFRUTA TU BAÑO in the case of an obvious defect recognized by DISFRUTA TU BAÑO.

4.5- Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted. Returns due to incorrect measurements or decisions made by the customer will incur logistics costs for the customer, as these are very heavy products where transportation costs are high.

5.1- Force majeure: DISFRUTA TU BAÑO is not responsible for failure to meet its obligations due to such delays or impossibilities for delivery when caused by force majeure. Force Majeure will expressly include, except for those selected by Spanish courts, delays or interruptions in transportation for any reason, lack of availability or shortage of materials, mandatory liquidation of one of its suppliers or subcontractors, blocking or interruption of communication means, telecommunications and postal services, fire, flood, strike or partial strike, accidents, new regulatory requirements, or customs.

5.2- Product liability: DISFRUTA TU BAÑO is not responsible for the product in case of non-compliance with the storage and/or usage conditions of the product defined by applicable regulations, as well as the recommendations of DISFRUTA TU BAÑO. In general, if the defect is the result of an act attributable to the buyer, their employees, agents, contractors, or subcontractors, DISFRUTA TU BAÑO will not be considered liable.

6.1-Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Spanish legislation in the courts of Valencia. ENJOY YOUR BATH reserves the right to modify the form and finish of the products without prior notice for technical, commercial, or aesthetic reasons.
